Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped the same day — heat-sealed and packed with love to lock in all that homemade goodness. We ship Tuesday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12PM on Thursday will roll out the following week.

For peak deliciousness, we recommend enjoying your cookies the day they arrive. Got leftovers? Store them in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or pop them in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Once your cookies leave Paige’s Pantry LA, they’re in the hands of the cookie gods (and the postal service). We are not responsible for any damage, delays, melting (yes, chocolate is sensitive), or lost packages.

All orders ship via Priority Mail (2–4 business days). Please be mindful of the heat during summer months — by placing an order, you accept the delicious risk.
