PAIGE - OWNER & HEAD BAKER

Paige is the heart and hands behind the bakery, bringing her passion for baking to life one sweet treat at a time. At just 26, she’s built a dream that started in her home kitchen and grew into a charming storefront nestled in the heart of the antique village.

A graduate with a degree in microbiology and a minor in chemistry, Paige never expected to own a bakery—but life had other plans. After three years of home baking, custom orders, and countless late nights perfecting recipes, the opportunity to open a storefront came unexpectedly, and she jumped in with both feet.

Paige is married to her best friend, Brandon, and is a proud dog mom to two lovable pups, Ammo and Kato. She’s always been drawn to the idea of a cozy, small-town bakery—like something straight out of a Hallmark movie—and now gets to live that vision every day.

Every cookie, cake, and cinnamon roll is made with love, and Paige is endlessly grateful for the support of her community. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or a custom creation, she’s honored to be part of your sweetest moments.

Head-Baker & Cake Decorator

LAUREN

Lauren Pelas is the Head Baker and Cake Decorator at Paige’s Pantry LA. She joined the bakery when it first opened in August 2023, starting as a front sales associate before working her way into the kitchen, where she began baking cookies and cake pops. Her dedication, creativity, and skill soon earned her the role of Head Baker.

Originally studying to become a dietitian, Lauren found her true calling when Paige entrusted her with leading the bakery’s cake design. A lifelong baking enthusiast, she brings a vintage-inspired style, an artistic eye, and a perfectionist’s attention to detail to every creation.

When she’s not crafting stunning cakes, Lauren enjoys painting, tending to her plants, and spending time with animals.

BUSINESS MANAGER

HAYLI

With over a decade of experience in sales and management, Hayli brings a passion for organization, customer care, and community connection to Paige’s Pantry LA. She joined the team in October 2023 and has been instrumental in keeping the bakery running smoothly behind the scenes.

Married to her high school sweetheart for 12 years, Hayli is a proud mom to two energetic boys who keep life exciting. When she’s not busy managing the business, she enjoys cooking, fostering animals through the local shelter, and making her home a warm and welcoming place.

Her blend of professional expertise, heart for service, and genuine love for people makes her an irreplaceable part of the Paige’s Pantry family.
