About Me

Hi, I’m Paige Noble, soon to be Paige Ma.

I am 24 years old and was a home baker for roughly 3 years, before opening our storefront.

I went to college for 5 years for a Microbiology degree with a Minor in Chemistry, crazy right? At the time, I knew I didn’t want to use my degree but didn’t know what else to do with it. Our storefront location simply fell into my lap during my last semester of college, but some things just work out for a reason.

I am completely self taught with a little bit of YouTube, some training from my pastry chef cousin, and lots of trial and error. I have always loved baking, and I was one of the people in high school who would sell treats & dipped strawberries for everyone and their parents.

I started in my moms kitchen, after getting engaged and moving in with my fiancé, we later tackled the next chapter of renovating and opening our storefront.

It was never my intentions of owning a storefront bakery but after outgrowing my kitchen, things quickly changed. We always laugh because when I initially bought the bakery, I didn’t know how to manage a team, create a schedule, and all the other titles that come with being a business owner.

It wasn’t long after finishing the renovation process that I realized I couldn’t do everything. While I am still the baker behind all the recipe creating, custom cake orders, and messaging back-and-forth with you all… I couldn’t do any of this without my INCREDIBLE team, who I love so dearly. We have two bakers on our team, a business manager, and an entire team of prep girls. I am still learning with every day that passes, but my team definitely makes everything easier for me.

Our Denham Springs community continues to blow us away with the amount of support that we get on a daily basis. Every Saturday morning when we get a line out of our door, I get overwhelmed with butterflies. It is still so unreal to me & I can’t thank y’all enough for allowing me to live my dream. We love being your small town bakery!!
